Choosing the right package saves you from paying for features you never use — and from hitting the system’s limits a few months later. These questions help you decide before subscribing.
Start with the nature of your business
- Retail store or restaurant: point of sale (POS), inventory and simplified invoices come first.
- Services company: invoicing, collection and projects come first.
- Distribution or manufacturing: you need purchasing, warehouses and costing together.
Count users and branches
The number of users who need access and the number of branches and warehouses are the two main size factors. Ask what it costs to add a user or branch later, before you need it.
Remember your regulatory obligations
If your business is VAT-registered you must issue e-invoices. ZATCA has defined Wave 25 of the Integration Phase as taxpayers whose VAT-subject revenue exceeded SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025, with integration with the Fatoora platform due by 1 February 2027. Make sure the package covers integration.
When should you upgrade?
- When you open a new branch or an extra warehouse.
- When you need cost centers or advanced financial reports.
- When integration with your online store or delivery companies becomes necessary.
A final tip
Ask for a trial or a demo on your real data, and for a written scope that separates recurring fees from setup and data-migration fees.
