It sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of our Shumoul platform, which provides subscriptions to the Shumoul cloud platform, a suite of financial and administrative business management systems for small, medium, and large enterprises.
Please read these terms carefully, as your use of the platform constitutes your full acceptance of all the provisions set out below. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Definitions
Platform: Means the Shumoul platform, including all services provided through the website and its affiliated applications.

- Refers to Shumoul Innovation for Information Technology, the owner and operator of the platform.
User or You:
- Any individual or entity using the platform to subscribe to its services.
Services:
- Means all products and features provided by the platform, including cloud ERP solutions.

Eligibility
To use the platform, you must:

User Account and Responsibility
- You must create an account to use certain platform features and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether by you or anyone else with access to the account.
- The platform has the right to suspend or cancel your account without prior notice if it is found that you have violated these terms or engaged in any suspicious activity.
Subscriptions and Fees
Subscription Model:
- The platform operates on a paid subscription model, with fees applied according to the plan you choose.
Payment Methods:
- Payments are made through approved electronic payment gateways, and you are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Renewal and Cancellation:
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the specified period.
No Refunds:
- All paid fees are non-refundable, except as the platform deems appropriate in exceptional cases.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
A. Permitted Use
- ✅ Using the platform to manage your organization's lawful business in accordance with your subscribed plan.
- ✅ Adding authorized users and granting them permissions suited to their roles.
- ✅ Exporting your data and reports and using them for your internal business purposes.
- 🚫 Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- 🚫 Attempting to hack or tamper with the platform or the services provided.
- 🚫 Uploading or sharing any harmful or illegal content.
- 🚫 Attempting to sell or redistribute any part of the platform's services without written permission from Shumoul Innovation for Information Technology.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including trademarks, the logo, designs, and software, are fully owned by Shumoul Innovation for Information Technology.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform without our written permission.
Disclaimer and Warranty Limitations
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties.
- We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted, although we continuously strive to improve their performance.
- We accept no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Shumoul Innovation for Information Technology against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your violation of these terms and conditions.
- Your unlawful use of the platform.
- Any activity conducted through your account that causes legal or financial harm to us or any third party.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
- Shumoul Innovation for Information Technology reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in the following cases:

- Failure to pay fees due on time.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; if not, they will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
